Ashley Swaggerty, REALTOR®

You are not a client number. So why should you be treated like one? Ashley Swaggerty understands that every client has specialized needs - not just in terms of certain property requirements, or a specific price range, but in those intangible desires that make up a life. Things like a great school system, proximity to a workplace, access to transportation or top amenities. Every client has a timeframe, budget, and area preference - but also thoughts and dreams. That's what makes you an individual. And that's why Ashley treats you like one. How does that change the process? It means you have the resources you need for the most streamlined and efficient real estate experience possible. In every interaction, Ashley is there to represent you, with full understanding of what you want to achieve, both now and long into the future. That's what true customer service feels like. That's why Ashley has so many satisfied clients, who know that they achieved their goals because she took the time to listen, understand, and act with their needs in mind. When she's not helping her clients find their dream home, you'll likely find Ashley taking her daughter on a day trip to Dollywood, serving in her local church, or finding ways to get involved and give back to her community. As a born and raised Knoxville native, you would be hard pressed to find someone with more expertise of the area and more passion and dedication to making sure her clients get to see all the things that make East Tennessee so special.
