Ashley Swaggerty understands that every client has specialized needs - not just in terms of certain property requirements, or a specific price range, but in those intangible desires that make up a life. Things like a great school system, proximity to a workplace, access to transportation or top amenities. Every client has a timeframe, budget, and area preference - but also thoughts and dreams. As a born and raised Knoxville native, you would be hard pressed to find someone with more expertise of the area and more passion and dedication to making sure her clients get to see all the things that make East Tennessee so special.
